At GVHD, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you buy — but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry items (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@houseofgvhd.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Returned items will be inspected before approval.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@houseofgvhd.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include a clear photo or video of the product and packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges for the same product category (subject to stock availability).
For a different color or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
